DIY mini case parts in US

have been searching for DIY parts for case, but all i came up with heavy duty road case parts.
any idea where to get light parts for this attached kind cases.
this is a small size microphone case, light duty.

I found it cheaper to buy a stock lightweight case and used mycasebuilder.com to make custom foam inserts.

this is actually great. thanks for the link... but i just need some small frame rail/extrusions etc.
frontpanel express finally moved.. i suppose i can order  from them!
