except the wires , all seems original to me
I've already bought a capsule from him, everything  was fine...

I'm not sure if it might have been re skined. It is almost too clean, and seems to lack clear glue around tensioning screws. Pay attention to marked area in the picture, could it be oxidation?

Yes, I also found it looking "too clean" for a used capsule.
And the colors of the wires are suspicious. I could be that the lead out wires were replaced  after reskinning.
