It's Iskra stuff for sur, and concidering rack design, probably tube one.....there is no compressor but just modular mixer with high/low tone controll....to be honest, i did service/open/saw most of Iskra tube stuff even from brochures, but can't remember on this.....it could be some PA which they did made a lot for train or buss stations?
