does anyone know where to find a Masterlink schematic?

I am trying to fix an Alesis Masterlink for a friend but haven't been able to track down a schematic or service manual.  I sent Alesis an email, but I'm starting to think they won't respond.  I am fairly certain it just needs a new headphone pot but it's a weird, mini, PC mount, dual gang thing and I have no idea where to find a replacement.  Does anyone know where I could find a service manual or schematic?  Thanks!
