I already reccaped the unit with Elna Silmic II. Need to align according to the manual and you need an extender card for that. A good first step would be to get the card edge connector. Has code 6P57611AH32 7014 on it but googling does not help. It is a 32 pin connector, distance from pin to pin is a little more than 5mm. Each pin is roughly 3mm wide.

Maybe one of you guys has a card or one of these connectors?

Thanks for the input. However, the contact width does not match, plus it is staggered grid so it is smaller, so the max total length is 4.8 inches. In the A301 the card goes close to 6.5 inches.

Any other suggestion is appreciated.

I looked at the pix....it seems that the card has gold plated "fingers" on the circuit board, like many items from that same era. There were many different spacings for the fingers and the required matching female connector.

One way I use to try and suss out the dimensions for these is to count 10 "fingers" and take a measurement from center to center (or from one edge on "contact 1" to the same edge of "contact 10") and then divide by 10 to determine the contact spacing with better accuracy.

Common finger spacings were 0.1", 0.125", 0.150" and 0.156".

Hope that makes sense.....

Thanks, Bryan.

If we count 15 contacts, then it is 3 inches. It is 0.2" pitch.

Width of each contact is 1/8"

Spacing between each contact and the next one is 1/16"

Still haven't managed to find the connector on regular web searches.

Not really relevent to this thread ,but I said i'd post it up anyway ,
makes each band switchable and adjustable a bit like the cat43 single ended NR system .
Fitting the pots and switches on the cat22 front panel would be a challenge but just about do-able with miniature components .
