Hi forum,
I've been looking around and can't find some good info on building a power supply for 2 tube microphones in the same box. I know hamptone offers such a box. How should I do it? In stereo power amps it looks like they just make sure they have enough voltage and current and just string the heaters and plates together. Is that ok? Or will I have to worry about cross talk.
Thanks for any information!

...As far as cross-talk goes, most tube mic schems I've seen have on-board RC filters in the mic, so you shouldn't see any really.

cool! thanks gemini...I was just headed out to the shop, So I think i'll just wire it up and see how it goes. If I end up blowing the power supply it will be a good excuse to build it right!

Neumann offered several multi-mic power supplies for their tube mics.  I recently built a power supply that powers 15 u64 mics.  No problem.
Best,
