dummy load for tube mic power supply?

I'm hoping to learn how to make up a dummy load for tube mic power supplies so I can measure voltages without a mic.

Is it practical to make something that will work for many mics or will I have to make up something slightly different for each mic package I work with?

The Load should be in the same ball park i usually stick the resitor in the xlr female connector to do it ,

but then you will have to calculate the Resistor based on the current draw that you need at the operating voltage, 

Example if B+ at 120V draws 0.80ma  then you need , V=RI  then approx 150K will load it down ,

for the heater  it will be along somthing like 200ma  at 6V then V=RI then somthing like 30ohm  will do it ,

then you need to calculate the Power for proper wattage with W=VI  then for the B+ = 0.096Watt so 1/4 watt is fine,
For Heater W=VI then 6*0.2A = 1.2W then 2 Watt will be fine ,
