I had 4 cards from an Eminent 2 that i racked and tried to record with. The result was ok. I tracked my band jamming and while i got sound it lacked any depth.

I was wondering if it is a problem of the ouput section being not made as an output stage.. If someone would be willing to take a look at the schematic i would be happy.

You have to use the pot output and put it on full to bypass the internal resistance or take the signal directly from the output transistor connecting to C115.
It may be the sound of the preamp. Three transistors to do gain and a tone control is pushing the limits.
had it been three tubes, maybe it would have been more ideal.
Usually transistor preamps need more negative feedback, so that would imply at least one more.
Interesting input stage. Wonder if it really works well.
