Edcor Transformers for µ-mode preamp??

Interested by a the µ-mode preamp,I've build the Alan Kimmel µ-mode stage for a mic preamp,the hybrid one with a 6922 and a Mosfet IRF730 on the top.I want to put 4 of thoses preamp in a 2" rack for a Quad unit.
So,I want to know if the Edcor audio transformers are nice,good quality??
I've never used one of them so I didn't know...I'm interested by the WSM600/600 and the WSM600/10K.

Coincidentally, I'm a B, too. :razz:

I'm using the Edcors in the Jung-Markell preamp, but that's not finished just yet.

I know that Matt from Black Lion Audio used them in his 190 preamp. Check www.blacklionaudio.com for details. FWIW, I value Matt's opinion very highly.

Where in France are you located?

most around here who tried the Edcors are happy with the results.

Try a few, they're not so expensive at all and you can always recover them for other projects in case you don't like what you get.
