Eela ESM 802 advice

I've been asked to rack 8 of these preamps with direct outs and phantom power.  The problem is there is no power supply so I don't know if these work and how they sound. They are in a mixer and the build quality is not that good.

If I want to add a direct out, can I use the fader +pfl sel. point, at the right? Will adding a That 1646 for balanced output do the trick? The owner wants to keep the eq.

Take the d.out from the top of the fader (eq out). Then you could use the fader for monitoring tasks. This output will not drive low Z. 10k should work, but you need a driver to run it into 600ohms.
The mixer looks cool...should sound great.

Oof. This is quite a long time ago. I didn't rack these after all but I'll have a look if I have them.

A little mailbox-digging dragged this up. I actually got it from Eela-Audio themselves in 2013 who are still in business today. They did note that there were some variations of this mixer.
It's in Dutch so if anyone has any questions let me know.
