Electret Mic subsitution

I've got a little bit of a problem. I'm building an voice activated automated bartender and the implimentation guide says to use something like a Panasonic WM-64AT.

Of course they don't make them anymore.

Any recommendations? It needs to be like -44db, and I'm thinking some bass roll off wouldn't be a bad idea. Thanks in advance.
