Encoder type (ALPS??) for TC Electronic Finalizer, M3000, M2000

Hi there! Does anybody know the type of the encoder TC put in to the Finalizer (96k), M3000, M2000 units? Think it should be an alps part which will cost 10-20 € at a tc service store but 1-2 € at mouser etc?!? At the moment i can't use my finalizer 96k because of the faulty encoder...

I've successfully used the ALPS STEC12E, Reichelt Nr. STEC12E07 on my M-one, but I don't know whether the finalizer uses the same part.

ok, i think i will order the part from pms. costs are 10 € encoder plus 6,50 € shipping. this would be the safe way

if physically not broken/distorted in shape etc,
disassemble and clean it... works on my waldorf XT encoders..
