I don't have an English translation, but I have a pair of these, which I hooked up without any major headaches. The inputs are zero Z so you use a pair of matched resistors to give you your desired i/p Z, one between 1 & 3 the other 2 & 4. The resistor marked Rg sets the gain for the unit. I used (from memory)something like a 500k(ish) log pot there, maybe with a series res so it's never 0 ohms. The output & power connections are pretty obvious from the diagram.
I hope this helps. There are many slight variations for how people hook these up, but mine seem to work ok with these ones. If you need really specific info, let me know & I'll pull my rack apart, & find out what exactly I did.
