Hi there,

I have found a great sound-control with the ECC82:
http://www.jogis-roehrenbude.de/Verstaerker/ECC82-Klangregelung/ECC82-Klangregelung.htm

Translation from German - WARNING: bad English :))
The following sound-control is known since over 50 years and used in millions of proposals.
Simply the style of the PCB, the PSU etc. are based on the actual style.

The PSU, which is on the PCB, is borrowed from the known "Grommes Amp" from Ernst Rößler,
which handwriting is detectable on the PCB.

The aplification of the sound-control is =1, which means: the input signal is like the
output signal. This is important, if you're running a power amplifier, which input-impendance
is like the one of a full-amp (sorry, I don't know the word in English).

Normally, these power amplifiers only have one input (without volume-control) and don't
have a sound-control, neither.
This circuit was developed for this situation. It is connected like a preamp.

Best,
Tobias
