I'm just starting to prepare a schematic for a Trimax A71 line amplifier - appears to be a 600 ohm line transformer isolated in and out pluggable module used in Australian radio/TV ABC facilities - and made circa 1970. It uses all Fairchild semi's with 4x 2N4248 TO-106 pnp and 1x 2N3565 TO-106 npn, and an output pp driver using 2x heatsinked AX6126 that are T0-5 metal can. Anyone got any data on the AX6126 ?
Radiomuseum has a note that they are npn and similar to AY6115 (which there is also scant data on but an indication it is npn).
