not too many of these come into the shop, a nice silverface that has a lot of blackface parts,

a couple of 6L6 lamps and a pair of SpecialDesign 12 inchers,

like a Twin Reverb with half the tubes missing, and no middle controls

got the old  classic Ajax caps that seem to have a bit of mystique associated with them for no real apparet reason,

they show upsomtimes on evilbay for crazy money, bad actor techs might service an amp and "replace' the caps with orange drops,

this guy has never seen a soldering iron since it left Fullerton,

vibrato LDR in heat shrink, brass shielding, can corrode due to different metals being back to back, valence electrons different, but this is not seen too often, tighten pots and you are usually good,

Philips did tropical fish caps.

&%#, they did everything back in the day (now  they're about to sell their lightbulb-dept)

Two of my friends have pro reverbs at our rehearsal space. Very nice amps, though they are really quite bright for some purposes. :) One of them is burning fuses pretty often, but we haven't figured out why.

What year is that one? I think ours are from late 70's, but not from the same years.

That looks like a really early silverface with the drip edge - maybe late '68/'69?
I have a '67 pro reverb and it's a beautiful amp.

In which case that would be the back?

Buy better fuses...
