I designed an eq based Neumann OEV.But i have interesting issue about it!

It's schematic

And now i'm writing what's happening!

1.When i send signal to input,i can hear from output. It's distorted and low.But PSU is NOT connected!
2.When i connect PSU and plug into AC inlet,i can hear signal from output with HUM.And signal coming normal. Not distorted and fine level.
3.When i trying to use eq,only affecting to HUM.So eq working but for only HUM.No change with input signal.
4.I'm touching to ground,it's sounding like i'm touching the hot signal.
5.I can hear input signal from output when i don't connect any pot or switch.  ???

What's going on with this eq?

Please help!

Do you have a Audio probe? If not, build one! They are good for checking parts of the circuit to find faulty places.

Sadly i don't understand enough of Active EQ design to tell if the schemtic is ok  :-(

Thanks for idea!

But isn't it wierd?I'm getting signal from ouput without any pot or switch.I guess it's short circuit.I have to re-check.

About design...Actually sockets are switch.For example HPF1=SW1A and HPF2=SW1B.

I find the audio probe helps a lot to find hum and distortion or where in a circuit a problem starts. Scope is sometimes to scientific for a punk like me :)
