Fostex B16 PSU Schematic?

Looking for a copy of the Fostex B16 tape machine schematics...ideally the full set but most important is the PSU.

Haven't been able to find the schematics online, but I have found the service manual.

Have a unit that is blowing the fuse on one of the PSU rails, the one that runs the capstan motor.

Check the usual suspects; shorted rectifier diodes, shorted reservoir cap (less common), etc
