Free email no cell number tips wanted

Hi everyboy,
need to replace an email account,

checked around but would seem that there is not really much options available,
as free email service without give cell number,
apart Proton mail and Tutanota,

any tip/advice about is so welcome,

i have Gmail. Say what you will but I have no issue with them having my cell number. It’s one of a few ways companies do MFA, multi-factor authentication. It’s just a way to prove who you are when using their service.

Free lunch, but not even that much,
between banner ads, and good quantity of advertisements mail messages (spam)
some income there is,
and that can be tolerated for a free email account without cell number,

unless on top of that there is covert funding from the usual "shadowy ones"
hungry for other people's privacy,

who continue to place spyware (mics and cameras) everywhere
even inside home appliances, even if not equipped with home automation/domotics

so be careful if you have any extra relationships
besides the one with your sweet half ,

because one of the appliances might alert the others
and send a message or open a video-audio connection
with its smart phone .
