FS:Drip EQP1A PCB (untouched) & Classic API LC53A (assembled, not working)

I'm looking to sell these two items I haven't been able to get off the ground/finish-

Drip EQP1A Pultec PCB - Rev 1 Design 1 July 2010- untouched $100 +shipping

Classic API LC53A - Assembled (not working) without OP AMPS-  Haven't had the time to get this working properly- here is the issue- 
Audio passes extremely loud & distorted, both when ON and OFF-  cutting / boosting frequencies seems to work though.  Pretty sure its not an op amp issue as I swapped them out for ones that were working in my VP312's.  $325 +shipping
