For Sale FS: (EU) NOS ca3080 (Intersil)

Selling a bunch of 60 pcs. CA3080 by Intersil.
Bought them from a swedish warehouse surplus some years back.
100% genuine parts. I'm charging 330€ which equals 5,5€/pc.
Given the fact the last one on eBay sold for 15€/pc it seems fair. Price is firm.

i have more than 100, I'm sticking to them, they will go up in value.
But Thunk.co.uk sells them also, apparently some company found or got hold of original wafers and packaged them.

It was thought that the CA3080 was to become obsolete after Intersil announced they would discontinue manufacturing, however Rochester Electronics managed to acquire the remaining ‘wafer’ stock and are re-issuing the chips. These are not ‘New Old Stock’ but recently manufactured, yet they remain true to the specs and performance of the original chips without improvement.
