I still have a few V672 modules that I'd like to sell. IMO one of the nicest sounding broadcast modules and very versatile. These are all original and tested!
Asking 340€ per module incl. shipping inside EU.

EDIT:
I also have modules of the newer V672/2 version available.
Asking 240€ per module incl. shipping inside EU.

If somebody wants them racked, please write a PM. I'm also considering making more of these rack units (if I ever find time to do so... 😜).

What modules are these?
Are these mic preamps?
V672 are universal amplifiers. Depending on the configuration, these can be used as mic preamps (up to 65dB gain), line amps, splitters (up to four outputs), active summing amp, MS coding and decoding, ...

Nice, what do you use them for?

Do they sound good as Mic Preamps?
I often use them as line amps for keyboards and it's my go to for DI guitar. In the studio I'm working at I installed switchable summing amps on a Trident 80 and one of them is a V672. It's really nice if you want that "vintage" and a little more mid forward sound. Generally I would say that the mids are where these really shine, although frequency response is completely flat as you would expect from german broadcast gear. ;-)
As mic preamp I think they work best where you don't need a lot of gain. For example guitar amps, percussion, snare, everything close miked. When you need a lot of gain the V676 would be a better choice...

Looks amazing! But what does the 'sum' setting do? Ow and how slow is the ramp-up?
Thank you! 😃

The 'Input' switch basically sets the input impedance, and for the 'Sum' setting it is (close to) zero. So when connected to an external summing resistor network, this can be used as an active summing stage.
In a next revision I would probably just label it as '0'...

I guess by ramp up you mean 48V? I never measured it, but it should take around 3s.
