Hi
it is the 6.3 heater schem from doac i have made a few changes, instead of 2.5 A tx i am using a 5.5 A tx , everything else is the same.

How, where exactly are you measuring (especially where is the scope ground connected)?
That waveform looks more like the current in the positive reservoir cap than voltage.

measuring from pin 2 of lm350t reg and chassis ground.
my mistake signal is from last 100nf cap in the circuit c9.
The waveform does not change shape when i switch from ac to dc on the osc.
