This happened a few years ago in an area of town, they finally settled for over 4.7 million in a wrongful death lawsuit. The Police were trying to prevent the video from coming out and today a judge ruled that the video needs to be seen. I am still baffled as to why they opened fire on someone who by all accounts in the video was following every instruction they asked. Just another Southern California police mistake and then they wonder why people have trouble in trusting them.
