Gates Level Devil mod

Hi!
I have seen some people with modified versions of the Gates Level Devil where they have added attack and release controls but can't seem to find any info about it. Could you guys help me figure it out?

Alter R3, in parallel with C1 in the amplifier to change the release.
Alter the 100K after V8 on the control to change attack.
