Germ power transistors

Has some pieces of transistors on heatshield. Ive been thinking of making some crude mic preamps.
Its oc22 and asz17.
If anyone has an idea or have used them in that fashion, what can be said of their suitability?
Was thinking of a fixed gain for dynamic mics. Ive only got 2 free inp. Transformers. SR504a from lundahl.
Ive got som oc44 and similar to add to it.

I have no ideia of what you want to do as what you wrote is highly confusing...

But if you want to check some Germanium transistor Mic Preamp circuits check the Neve early designs those circuits were Germanium based.

Germanium power transistors are prone to thermal runaway, they are noisy, leaky and gain is low. So they're really not suitable for anything other than maybe as a replacement part.

Germs are pretty much only useful for distortion devices like guitar pedals because the Vbe is so low that an unamplified guitar can overdrive the input. And a really "bad" one can limit bandwidth at high gain which is desirable for several reasons.

I've never tried to make a mic pre with germs. It could be challenging to keep the noise low enough to be usable. You would have to just play around with them and figure which one has the highest gain / noise performance.
