Pff new Permo here as I got locked out of my account.
A email to reset my password is send to a long gone no longer existing hotmail adres.

Any way to get this fixed ?

I was helping someone over DM and had to send a file from my laptop, login into GDIY with my laptop got my account blocked.

This is beyond silly.. people have multiple devices.

If I understand the situation, you need to get your (non-working) email address on your original account changed to your current (working) email address in your duplicate account, so you can reset your original password and then delete the duplicate account?
