Many years ago I made a contactless DI for guitar amps. it used magnetic pickup consisting of a coil wound on an iron former. Place it close to the cone and you get plenty of signal from the guitar amp and zero bleed.

A telephone pickup coil will do a similar job ,
I have a Radioshack one around somewhere ,
Certain brands of acoustic guitar use an under saddle piezo pickup and a couple of coils with magnets to turn soundboard vibrations into an electrical signal , the signals get amped and blended in the preamp module , I think it was Martin who used this system .
