HAUFE RT 173/2 transformer info, anyone?

I was searching for a cheap alternative to build an MS matrix. I am looking for some line level 1/1+1 transformer. I saw some HAUFE RT 173/2 transformers on ebay. Does anyone have info upon this transformer?
