Help with V672 needed

Hi, I have one V672 that´s broken, I have 4 of them so I´ve managed to find the faulty card se pic:

I´ve also measured V and found that it´s the 10-11 V line thats broken, I only get 1 V where it should be 10V.(here´s pics of the schematic):

I have searched for broken components but can´t find any, can anyone point me in the right direction where I should look?

Replace C31 C302 C303. A short there is the most likely thing to pull the input to near zero.

Update report: It was C303 that was broken ! I replaced a Tantalum with an Electrolytic I had lying around. Is it ok to do that?

No problem replacing tantalum cap by a electro of the same value.
Nowadays electros can be very small for high value.
