Hi Greetings from Milan New York!

I run a studio in the middle of the woods 2 hours north of NYC. Recently I added an Upton 251 to our mic collection which got me asking slightly deeper questions about capsules, transformers, etc.

I've been 1trying to snag rare non-functioning vintage mics that I know I can repair and getting the itch to DIY stereo pairs of the mics I don't think I'll ever fork over the cash for.

So here I am!
