Horizontal tube mounting brackets

Can you recommend any mounting brackets for tubes to be ordered online (single or 3 at the same time)
I need one that fits various sockets (noval and octal) because the only one i found on ebay mactches the same type only.

Unfortunately they don't say anything about the measurements like hole distance etc. or is it always standard size?
