i know them for a long time, but never felt ordering from them.... i had to order some specific material recently,
and out of 3 stores in US, only they were able to deliver fast, and pretty fast the next day 
it is pretty awesome. i have been using them ever since.
they may not be the cheapest online hardware tool store (havent compared them) ,
but their online help / email response time is outstandingly fast!
pretty much, regardless of time, they deliver next day! i just placed some new orders today at 6:20pmLA time.
i am still getting it tomorrow, yeay
