Yes, that is way more serious. Yet the news doesn’t seem nearly as concerned.
Because they know Gov DeSantis will handle it competently, like he did cat 5 Ian in 2022.
Lethal, catastrophic,deadly,major.... it's all there.... let's hope it turns out better.....
I like the "unprecedented"... meaning a hurricane has never hit that particular area in the available historic records....
Tampa Bay is forecast to get the "dirty side" of Idalia..... i.e. storm surge and rain bands.

They use those words often. Maybe I am just watching the wrong news.
I find it odd that it’s unprecedented.
You would think the area got hit head on before.
