How can I improve this?
 
Could you post some essential parameters for that design? Without the RC-network. Is that not stable with smaller resistor? 33 Ohms is quite a lot?

Not that I can suggest any improvements, just out of interest. I'm happy with my very simple design which is nice except in terms of supply regulation  ::)
 
In short:

* common-source instead of common-drain output transistor is easier to compensate and shows less output impedance dependence on output current
* perhaps bootstrap D1 from the regulator output instead of the CCS
* cascode Q1/Q2 for better PSRR
* the differential pair is easily biased with just a resistor as there is no CM swing
