Frank Made me some custom little badges for my mic builds. Right now I'm in the middle of doing the Graeme Woller MXL to KM84 conversion and was trying to figure out the best way to bend the badges to the radius of the donor mic bodies.

So I bought a rubber metal-forming block to shape the badges.. A friend who is a metal worker/jewelry maker recommended it.

I found a socket of similar size put a extension on it for a handle, turned the little logo badge upside down in oriented it correctly, put the socket over it and then struck it hard with a big mallet. I got a fairly perfectly curved emblem that will fit over the mic body nicely.

Thanks for the tip! I have something that looks just like that in my rubber stash. Looks to be 9/16" thick. I've had to bend a few homemade drum badges, and I think I just pounded them over a curved object. I'll try your way next time.
