Intermodulation distortion tests - thoughts?

I'd like to see the Millenia cranked up just to see what overtones it produces when pushed . Maybe a more meaningfull test might be to increase signal level until each unit shows a specific amount of fundamental , then compare the higher order bumps .

REW has the abillity to output IMD test tones built in , under 'generator' ,multitone, dualtone ,

I actually did quite a bit of testing these preamps pushed with high input signal. The Millennia did very well until it overloaded. Odd order harmonics galore.
