Is there a 34mm capsule mount to modify a mic to end-address?

I have a Franken-mic I experiment with. It's a Sterling St-51 body with an Apex 460 headbasket and for laughs, I'd love to see if I could modify it from side-address to end-address through the top, but it would obviously require a different mount. Does anyone know if these exist, even as a 3D printable model?

Thanks to Rogs!

Great! Thanks kingkorg and Rogs.

I think it could be improved though with the addition of a deflection cone to stop standing waves behind the capsule.

Yes, this was discussed in another thread.  The issue is getting the cone into the headbasket.  Might be easier with the Apex than the BM-800 the mount was designed for.
