Issue with API 8200A internal jumpers

I want to switch the SENDS to pre-fader instead of post-fader on my API 8200A per the manual block diagram.

First bad surprise, no jumpers installed inside. Second bad surprise the post connection is hard wired to the send pin on a trace in the PCB itself.

Do I have to cut the trace between post and send to be able to install proper jumper connectors onto the PCB here?
