As I mentioned in a post at the Black Market,
Keith (SSLTech)
convinced me to restore this,uh...er... "historic"unit instead of chopping it up any further to build something like a 175 clone.

I've heard this particular 1 was cannibalized to restore 2 other somethings(whether it wasLA1's I don't know) at Larrabee Recording in Hollywood, CA.

MAINLY what's missing is the input & 2 interstage trannies as well as the stepped input & output attenuators-all closely & neatly clipped off or unscrewed .And a few tubes-the LEAST of my problems. Other than that it's in perfect shape.

Anybody seen 1 of these or relevant schems layin' around lately/

You are a year and a half late! I had one in my "studio" and it is definitely a make it better box.
