I always forget about those. I only have ACAD. Do the 3D printers use IGES or DXF files or raw ascii data?
Have no idea really, no expert on 3d printing. I just used TinkerCad freeware couple of times with no previous experience with great results. Extremely easy to use. You can check with online 3D printing services what formats they require.

when I asked Neumann, why this is missing on the first series of TLM103 they told me:
it is there for keeping the dust off, but soundwise it is not that relevant.

Well if you know the material and the bend radius , just use the heat gun to melt a slab of nylon on a former, easiier to drill the mount holes when its flat.

No, they use 3D files, such as stl, step or obj
I'm a long time user of ACAD, wanted to migrate to Solidworks, but it's incredibly expensive, and I stumbled on Design Spark Mechanical, which I could use after about two days. I can only recommand it.
Different approach to drafting than ACAD, though.

I use ACAD for 3D modeling, it’s easy. I used to send 3D data in DXF or IGES to my customers. Pro E was too expensive. Soliloqueen has graciously offered to send me a pair.

FWIW, the 'dust shields' on the AKG Perception 220 chinese capsule are essentially just flexible self adhesive foam tape (vinyl, PVC?); really need to 3D print something so simple?
