Klein & Hummel O300 (D) schematic

I have a pair of K&H O300D here for repair but no documentation besides the manual.
Before I start, does anybody have schematics for it?

I haven't seen those in the wild yet, was looking a couple of years ago..

Actually the schematics of the standard O300 would be sufficient as it's probably the analog part that is causing trouble.
