I was the lucky recipient of a Klein & Hummel UE-100 tube equalizer that my brother in law's father found in the trash in Denmark (I know!). I now have it working, but it is missing 2 of the weird knobs. Is it possible to find these somewhere? I have thought about casting them and pouring epoxy, but the weird shape would make it hard to get out of the form. 3D printing? Anyone have any ideas?

I don't think you can successfully print these yourself, they need to have the power to turn the quite heavy switches inside. The heavy torque is most probably also why knobs failed in first place (it did in both my UE100's also)

Perhaps look at old test equipment from same aera - that's where I usually find substitution parts - e.g. pic related
