Hi,
I found a few 'VU'-meters (Sony 6R-something, 70mm wide) with 'internal' lamp-holder:
one fuse-type bulb per meter, sized 1.25"*0.25".
The meter is upside-down (coil on top, needle travels like a pendulum).
There were no bulbs present anymore, so I'm wondering what lamp-rating is usually used in meters of such size.
So as far as could be said without seeing this meter,
how many Watts would be appropriate to lighten it up ?
I can pick from 1, 2.4 or 3.6 Watts (that's 6V3 @ 0A15, 8V0 @ 0A3 or 12V6 @ 0A3).
They're asking silly prices for such bulbs so it'd be nice to get this right at once.
Thanks,
Peter
