LAZ EQA help needed

I'm finally getting around the the build of a EQA kit (boards, metal, pots & switches), and I can't find docs or support anywhere. Was there ever a build thread? I have yet to get the help needed form my inquiries to the source, maybe some here has built one & has the info?
Most of the reference designators are on the main board so that is not a problem, but there is nothing on any of the op amp boards and there are a few other "mystery" components, as well as a set of replacement wafers for a pot??
A schematic would sure be nice, too :

I built a pair of them, just need to order a proper tool for the collet knobs to seal them up for good.

I have most everything from Peter now but the info on the 2nd type DOA and the mystery pot wafers, do you have any memory of these bits?

Just a flat screwdriver should do like i was told, and that's what i did on all of my Sontec8 knobs, worked fine, be careful tough....

If the flat screw driver wont fit past the center, file out a slot in the middle of a cheap one to fit...

Anybody know what type of tranformers these are supposed to have?  step up or down? ratio?
