Lindell 6x500 repair parts request!

Hi All,

I have a Lindell 6x500 mic pre and the phantom switch has stopped latching.  Looks to be an easy replacement but I don't know what the switch is and though I've contacted Lindell asking for a replacement part or at least a part number so I can order it myself they have not been forthcoming.  Anybody know what this part is?

Doesn't look to be anything uber-special.  Any chance of a side and rear view of the switch?
