Here's some info about this amp if it can help anyone.
I've read on a forum in Dutch that it was a generic chinese board that fed several other models that are supposed to all be exactly the same :

I've retro engineered the PSU and a part of the power amp only to understand how to set up the bias, it looks like a JCM800 clone
At the back you have these trimmers and 3 pins :
The center pin is the ground , the left and right are TP1 and TP2, you need 62mV between the ground and each test point to get 60% power on the EL34, or 72mV if you prefer 70%
