Looking for C12/M251 Power transformer OR Alctron PSU

I live in Europe. Struggling to source a power transformer for my M251 clone PSU build.

At this point i'm willing to buy an Alctron TPS 100 if it's reasonably priced. Or if somebody has a power transformer that spits out dual secondary values of 200v and 9.5v, that would be Ideal.

you´d need a low voltage drop regulator to regulate the 6,3V though
