Looking switches for TL Audio M3

To restore an old M3 console, I am looking for switches of this type.
Can someone help me.

Try to find an original spare part, I've never seen anything like these as off-the-shelf parts.

Can't it be repaired/cleaned?

If all other fails, you can probably try soldering a 2pdt on top of a 4pdt that you carefully removed the front-most switch actuators from..

Looks to be one Schadow switch soldered on top of another.  What function do they control?
