Hey all,
I have my M49 prototype for sail.
1300 eur. I will cover paypal fees. However shipping would cost additionally. This is the last price. Mic body allmost for free.

This mic is fully working, but as mentioned earlier the noisy tube should be changed. I’ve been using some cheap one and do not know the name of it.
The mic comes with all cables, PSU, and yoke mount.
Mic has some visual issues as it was the very first attempt to make the body.
Issues are:
1. Melted brass strip;
2. Missing two side pins;
3. Female connector in the mic is a little bit bent, so you need to push it harder to move it in. However it works. Did not take the picture as it is almost not visible;
4. There are some solder leaks on the edges of the mesh;
5. Mesh is soldered in not very accurately, as I had no special tool at that moment;
6. The pearl is also not very nice as it was only the first sample;
7. Mesh is a little bit loose at the bottom, but this is not visible and makes no effect to the sound.
Features:
1. Mic electrically assembled by Dany Bouchard;
2. All best capacitors and parts;
3. D7 (Dany Bouchard) M7 style capsule;
4. AMI T49 transformer;
5. Gold plated pins on connector;
6. Its a B version of Dany’s PCBs
7. A good Sommer cable specially for tube mics (length - 2 meters).
8. Thierch capsule holder
PSU:
1. 7 pin Binder and 3 pin XLR connectors;
2. Hand made toroidal transformer (230V>20V and 120V)

3. Old military russian rotary switch for polarity wit silver contacts.
4. All best components from Mouser;
5. It is assembled by me, so this is not a professionally assembled PSU and might need to be remade if needed.
The mic was used once in Germany for some recordings and thats it. From inside it is barely new.
Everything except work and mic body cost me 1150 eur, so I guess price should be 1400 eur + shipping.
I can also sell without the yoke mount. That would be -200 eur from total.
I am not giving any guarantees for electronics as I know about it nothing. I am also not consulting about it.
